1. 2  Chapathi / Methi Parata/ Tortilla

2. Regular Cream Cheese

3. Asparagus/ Bell pepper/Mushroom / Almonds (all or any or combination)

4. Crushed pepper

5. Olive Oil ( regular ( vegetable/others)also will do)

6. 2 Green chilly / jalepeneos

7. 3-4 stalks of Cilantro

8. red onion (about a cup)

Spread the cream cheese on the roti ( chapathi/ methi parata) evenly.

Chop all the veggies ( all above mentioned)( you can use any veggies which every you might have handy and can be eaten almost raw)

Chop the veggies to very small pieces.

Saute the veggies for about 2 mins with cilantro, oil, salt and pepper.

Spread the sauted veggies on the cream cheese( on the roti).

Roll it tight.

Now you can eat it as is or freeze it and once its frozen, cut it into discs and let it thaw to serve as appetizers.
