Ingredients for Chicken

1. Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp

2. Green chillies – 2 chopped

3.  Salt – as per taste

4.  Eggs – 2

5.  Cornflour – 2 tbsp

6.  Red food color (optional)

7.  Water – 2 cup

8.  Masala ( cumin powder 1/2 tsp , coriander powder  1/2 tsp, Chilli garlic paste 1 tsp)

9.  Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp

10. Oil to deep fry

11. 8 chicken wings

Directions for Chicken:

Prepare Chicken,  split the chicken wings into 3 sections (bone joints) throw away the end the other 2 pieces and pull the meat together but do not pull out the meat completely from the bone, so that you have a bone to hold ( like a candy pop/ lollipop)

Chicken Lollipop

Marinate Chicken with soy sauce, chillies, masala, salt, white pepper and ginger garlic paste.

Add cornflour in a bowl, add hot water and mix well so that there are no lumps add eggs and whisk well add chicken in to this.

After 30 min deep fry the chicken .

Ingredients for Schezwan Sauce:

  1. Ginger 2 roots chopped
  2. Garlic 6/7 pods chopped
  3. Green Chilli 4/5 chopped
  4. Red Chilli Sauce (Can replace with Chilli Garlic paste)
  5. Tomato Sauce (Can replace with Chopped fresh tomatoes boiled and cooked till soft)
  6. 2/3 tsp Vinegar
  7. Chinese Celery chopped
  8. Salt
  9. Ajinamoto (optional)
  10. White pepper

Directions for the Schezwan sauce:

1. Add 1tbsp oil to a pan

2. Add garlic, green chillies, ginger and fry till the garlic is browned a little

3. Add red chilli sauce, tomatoe sauce cook for 10 mins

4. Add salt, ajinamoto, white pepper and celery cokk for 10 mins

5. Add vinegar and turn off after 5 mins
