1. Walnuts

3. 2 eggs

4. 1 cup sugar

5. 2 cups flour

6. 1 tbsp milk

7. 3 ripe bananas

8. 1 stick butter / 8 tbsp

9. 2 cups all purpose flour

10. 1 tsp baking soda

11. 1 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Mix sugar and butter until creamy and fluffy add eggs one by one and mix them all well.

Mash the bananas in a small bowl with milk.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl.

Now add the banana mixture into the sugar, eggs and butter mix and stir it well.

Add the flour to the mixture and stir( add the flour small portions at a time and mix).

Stir it all together until it is a well mixed batter.

Now take a 5×3 baking dish and coat it with pam ( or with butter and then sprinkle flour on the butter lining)

Put the batter into the bowl and keep it in the oven center rack for 1 hr 10 minutes ( check for if done with fork).

Enjoy hot with ice cream.
