Ingredients:

1. 1 onion (medium size)

2. 6 Serrento green chillies

3. 1 tsp turmeric powder

4. 2 tsp vinegar

5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

6. salt

7. oil

Directions:

Andhra Chicken Chilly– Use a deep dish

– Pour 1 tbsp oil

– Add finely chopped onion

– Slit green chilly length wise

– Add the chillies to the oil

– Add ginger garlic paste

– Cook until the onion is pink (soft)

– Add turmeric powder

– Add chicken, mix

– Add 1 cup water

– Cover and cook on medium-low flame

– After the chicken is cooked add salt

– Add vinegar

– Uncover and Cook on low flame

– Cook until the water and oil separates

– Turn off the flame once the oil is separated and most of the water is evaporated.
