Ingredients:
1. 1 Hass Avocado
2. 1 Cup Baby Spinach
3. 1 Cup Chopped Radicchio
4. 1 Cup Chopped Red Kraut (Red Cabbage)
5. 1/2 Cup Ice Burg Lettuce
6. 1/2 Cup Cilantro
7. 1/4 Cup Walnuts
8. 3 Campari Tomatoes
9. 4 tsp lime juice
10. Salt

Directions:
1. In a Big Bowl (Salad Mixing Bowl), Add all the Chopped greens (Spinach, Radicchio, Kraut, Cilantro, Lettuce)
2. Add cut Avocado
3. Dice Campari tomatoes and add
4. Add Chopped Walnuts
5. Add lime Juice (also helps slow down avocado from darkening)
6. Add Salt
7. Toss n Serve
