1. 1 Red onion

2. 3 Roma Tomatoes (Medium Sized)

3.  1  or 2  Jalapeno Pepper

4.  Paprika

5. Cilantro

6. 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp

7. Salt

8. Oil

9. Ginger Garlic paste (3 tsp)


(To Clean the Shrimp: you can get already cleaned shrimp or if you got the shrimp with the shell you need to de-shell the shrimps and de-vein then. To de-vein- Split the shrimp vertically , you will see a thin strand of black vein- get rid of it- That’s it!..:))

1. Add oil (3 tbsp)  when its hot add finely chopped onions

2. Finely chop chilli’s add it to the oil

3. Add Ginger Garlic paste to the oil

4. Saute until onion is pink

5. Finely chop tomatoes and add

6. Add Paprika

6. Saute until tomatoes cooked and saucy (you will know when the oil separates )

7. Add finely chopped Cilantro (I love cilantro – I add a whole bunch)

8.  Add Shrimp, cook until the shrimp turns orange and curls

9. Add salt to taste

10. Turn off the heat & Enjoy with Rice / Roti/ or just about anything.
