Ingredients:

  1. Wheat Flour
  2. Chopped Yellow Onions
  3. Chopped Green Chilies
  4. Cumin Seeds ( For 1 cup flour add 1/4 table spoon Cumin Seeds)
  5. Grated Carrots
  6. Salt
  7. Red Chilli powder (if needed)

Directions:

Mix the wheat flour with water to make the batter, add cumin, salt, chilli powder, chopped onions, green chillies and grated carrots.

On a hot flat pan add a little oil and pour a table spoon full of batter, spread until it is as big as a pancake.

Flip it after about 10 mins and removed and serve.
