Here is how to make a good summer Quinoa salad, have to say ever since I tasted the salad in Costco have been waiting to try it out and it came out just as good.
Cooking Time: 30 mins
1. White Quinoa 1.5 cups
6. Roma Tomato
6. Serrano pepper (Green Chilly) (1)
Step 1: Wash Quinoa in a strainer until the water runs clear
Step 2: Add 3 cups water for 1.5 cups Quinoa. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes until the Quinoa has a clear center and an outer ring. Drain out excess water.
Step 3: Add chopped Cucumber, tomato, parsley, cilantro, pepper, lime juice and salt.
